Return / Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority!!!

Returns: Items may be returned for either store credit or exchange within 10 days of original receipt. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us if you are not local to drop off. Please ship return items to 5255 Finch Rd. Sims, NC 27880.

Custom made items are items made to order specifically for you based on your selections. For this reason, we do not offer refunds for store credit unless there is an issue on our part. You may exchange your item for another size unless it has a name and/or monogram.

No Returns accepted for Sale and Clearance items.

Exchanges: To request an exchange, please contact us at pinkpiperdesigns4u@gmail.com within 10 days of original receipt (in store receipt or USPS/UPS delivery confirmation date). If your exchange is accepted, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Please ship items to 5255 Finch Rd. Sims, NC 27880.

Damaged or Defective: Please remember that we are human, and mistakes happen. If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us at pinkpiperdesigns4u@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn, unused and unwashed.

Shipping: All orders that request shipping will receive an email notification once it has shipped along with tracking information. Once packages are picked up by USPS/UPS we no longer have control of the package. We cannot control shipping delays and we definitely cannot control packages that get lost. It does happen and it has happened to our own packages. Delays are no fun and lost packages are the worst. We will assist you the best we can by providing tracking information, however, you will need to contact USPS/UPS yourself in the event your package is lost. Please contact us at pinkpiperdesigns4u@gmail.com for assistance as needed.
